What type of games do you buy?
We only buy genuine U.K. PAL Games with English language and original artwork. They must show a BBFC or PEGI rating. Please see our Condition Requirements for full details of how to avoid sending scratched or pirated games.
With the above condition we buy the following platforms

What are your prices like?
We try to offer consistent fair prices across all platforms. We want to be your one stop shop for selling games. We know your time is important to you and your trust is important to us. We want customers to rely on us so they don't have to spend hours trawling site after site making sure they haven't been short changed. If you feel any of our prices are way out then we want to know about it. Your feedback is welcome.
How long does it take?
Once you have dropped your parcel off it should be with us in 2-5 working days. When it arrives we aim to have it quality checked within 24 hours. Provided all the products you send are as described we can then get you paid. Paypal and bank transfer will usually land in your account the same day. Cheques will be posted to you 1st class. So all being well we should be done and dusted in a week.
I have a specific question I want to ask. How do I get it answered?

Why does it say you are not buying some items?
Some items unfortunately are just not worth the shipping and processing costs. We figure no deal is better than a bad deal.
I live in your area so can I drop my package off in one of your stores?
Yes that's fine if you have completed the order online. Please make sure the selling order reference number and your name are clearly written on your package. Alternatively you can get instant cash for your games in our stores. You are more than welcome to just bring your games in and our staff will scan them through our tills for you.
What is the minimum quantity and value I can sell to you?
Our minimum quantity is 3 units and our minimum value for any order is £10 or over.
Both of these conditions need to be fulfilled.
What is the maximum quantity that I can sell you?
We have no maximum limit on units of mixed games but do only allow 2 copies of the same game per account/household/ip address.
I have loads of stock to sell can you buy it as a joblot without scanning it all?
Yes we may well be able to. Please Contact us or call us to chat over your requirements.
How old do I have to be to sell to you?
You need to be 16 years or older to sell to us. If you are younger please ask a parent or guardian to make the transaction for you.
How does it work?
Quite simply.. You send us games in good condition and we send you cash.
These are the steps from start to finish...
- DECIDE which of your games it's time to sell
- CHECK the condition of your games. Please see our CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
- SEARCH for your games and add what you wish to sell to the Selling Basket.
- CHECKOUT and create an account if you haven't made one already.
- SELECT how we pay you (Bank Transfer, Paypal or Cheque)
- PRINT your freepost label by clicking the link to our shipping partners.
- PACK your items securely and attach your free post label. Please see our POSTAGE & PACKING GUIDE
- DROP OFF your parcel within 7 days at your nearest convenient drop off point.
- GET PAID once it arrives and we have quality checked your games
Your parcels are covered for value of your order in the unlikely event of it getting lost.
You will be able track your parcels progress with the courier as it makes its way to us.
You will be able to check the status of your order on your account.
We aim to make payment within 1 working day of receiving it. Job done!

What is the minimum and maximum number of items I can send?
You can only sell up to two copies of the same item per household and IP address. If you sell more than 2 of the same item your order will be rejected and returned at your expense. If you have multiple copies you are looking to sell please contact us or email email@example.com
Are my bank details safe?
Yes all customer details are held on a secure server. We never share your details.
How long do items last in my Basket?
Items will stay in your basket for 1 week but please be aware that prices may change
What condition should my games be in to sell them?
Please read our full condition guide before sending any games. We only accept original UK games with discs and game cartridges in good condition. Items sold to us as complete good condition must have original art sleeves and manuals in good condition. Items sold as box damaged or manual missing must have the disc or game cart in good condition. We inspect every item sent to us and if we deem your items to be sent not as described we will reduce the price offered or reject it. Rejected items can be returned to you at your cost or disposed of for free.
What happens if you reject my games.
Games we receive in poor condition will be rejected on arrival. We will give you the option to pay for them to be returned to you or we can dispose of them for free. We may also make a revised lower offer if the game is repairable. Please see our condition guide or terms and conditions for more details
Can I cancel my order.
You can cancel your order anytime before dropping the parcel off. Please contact us and we can remove it. Once you have dropped off your parcel orders cannot be cancelled

How do I package my items
Please ensure your packages are secure and well protected. We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing items due to poor packaging or labels dropping off. Please see our Packing Guide
What is the maximum weight and number of items per box.
For parcels up to 2kg (approx 3 - 14 items) we use Royal Mail
For parcels 2kg - 10kg (approx 15 - 70 items) we use Collect Plus
For parcels 10kg - 25kg (approx 70 -200 items) we can arrange for a courier to pickup from your home or you can still take the package to your nearest drop off point if you prefer.
Parcels over 25kg (approx 200 items) are not allowed and must be split into multiples.

How long do I have to drop my parcel
You need to be drop off your parcel within 7 days from your order creation. After that your order will be re-priced to current pricing when it arrives which may be less than the original quotes.
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
If your parcel goes missing you will still get paid the value of your order. Once you have dropped off your parcel it then becomes our responsibility.
Do I need to put any paperwork inside my box?
Not essential but it is recommended to put a copy of the external label on the inside as well just in case the outer label becomes detached in transit.
I don't have a printer. What do I do?
No problem... for Royal Mail orders you will receive an email with a QR code. Take this to the Post Office on your mobile phone and they will scan it and print a label for you.
For all other orders please email us your details and we can send you a label in the post.
How do I get paid?
At checkout we offer 3 payment options:
PayPal - for which we need the email address linked to your PayPal account
Bank Transfer - for which we need your Name, Account number and Sort code.
Cheque - for which we need your name and address.
Where is my money?
If your parcel is showing as received and you have not heard from us within 3 working days please contact us.
If your order is showing as paid and you have not received your payment within 2 working days please contact us.
In all cases we will get you a reason and a solution to any problems.
